In this work Dilworth explores the relation between geometric abstraction and nature. A cube and attached to it at a 45 degree angle, a piece that is twice as long, but half as thick. That's the buiding block, like a molecule structure from which the shapes grow in different directions. Generated like a family of forms. This is number eight of 25 individual sculptures. A unique piece.
