La Fonda Coffee Table by Charles Eames for Herman Miller 1961
Originally designed in 1961 for the restaurant La Fonda del Sol ‘in the Time & Life Building in New York, this lovely coffee table was produced by Herman Miller in the 1960's. It features a white lacquered aluminium base and a top made of pressed wood with a layer of white formica. A combination you don't see very often. Considering its age, it is in an excellent condition with some small usermarks at the feet. It is marked with the Herman Miller label at the bottom
