An early example of "one-piece-furniture". The top is smooth and shiny, but the somewhat rugged structure underneath shows that the makers were still experimenting with plastics. It has been moulded by hand. To create stability, the material needed to have bent corners. I think in this case the designer found a simple, elegant solution. With the least of material the table looks soft and voluminous.
I have not seen this one before. It is quite big. The condition is very good with light usermarks
