Articulated sconce, Gebruder Cosack ca 1950

A beautiful shade with an organic shape that looks differen from every angle. It's brass gooseneck lets you position it anyway you like to adjust the light. This is a very rare lamp. The lacquer on the outside was in a bad condition, so we refinished it in the original off white colour. All that is left is a tiny dent on the top (see pictures) and a small chip from the ceramic bulb holder. We also replaced the wall fixture (hidden behind the round base). Cosack was a lightingcompany that designed some of the finest 1950's lamps, comparable with Italian companies like Sarfatti's Arteluce and Stilnovo. We think this lamp has an exceptional shade.
