Satellite 35 pendant, Vilhelm Wohlert, Louis Poulsen 1959
Anyone who has visited the Louisiana Museum in Denmark will understand that the architect Vilhelm Wohlert wasn't someone to create extravagant eyecatchers. It is the subtle coherence between all elements which makes his designs outstanding.
His Sattelite pendant from 1959 has a gentle, refined shape. It is made out of mouth blown glass, which emits a beautiful, evenly spread light.
This is a vintage lamp with a 35 cm diameter. It is in an excellent condition.
