A set of 4 Dordogne dinner chairs by Sentou, France. These chairs are sometimes attributed to Charlotte Perriand. After having been a pioneer of Machine Age design, Perriand came to the insight that the Industrial Revolution had not brought what many had hoped. She returned to nature in her choice of material. These chairs are designed in the same spirit.
The color on the back of two chairs has faded from standing in the light. Other than that they are in an excellent condition.
