Rare tubular rocking chaise longue
We think this chair rocks, but we have no idea who designed, or produced it. We have extensively searched for clues, but we haven't found another one like it. (info welcome). The price is set accordingly; very rare, but unidentified.
Our best guess is that it was made in the Netherlands in the sixties, when the importance of Bauhaus and machine age design started to sink in and caused a revival of tubular furniture.
The chair is in an excellent condition. The added pillow is very comfortable, but it isn't part of the original design. It can be bought separately. (inquire)
