A rare historic rocking chair by J.J. Kohn, Vienna ca 1881. Part of the collection of the Art Institute of Chicago. The Vitra Design Museum sells this model as a miniature.
The chair is antique, but it still rocks very well. The wood has a few old cracks which have ben stable for decades. The chair is sturdy.
